The week of April 16, Middlesex Community College will be dedicating week long celebration in honor of Earth Week consisting of many campus wide events and activities.

Computer Club will be holding an “e-cycling” drive in which you can bring in your old computers and computer parts to school where the club will be recycling them.

Workshops will be in process during the week to help calculate carbon footprints for student, and how we can reduce our carbon footprint on the planet.

A planting workshop will take place in April for volunteers to help clear the nature trail behind MxCC, and plant flowers along the trail to help beautify and clean the campus.

Along with earth week activities, President Wasescha’s inauguration will be held Saturday, April 21 at 10:00 am. The event will be featuring local food, and recyclable products in favor of sustainability.
